Group Yoga Classes

I am honored to support each person, body, and soul who enters the door . My philosophy is to help discover the way that yoga can work for your body, not make your body WORK for yoga ! The classes are both a workout and a work in~Sometimes we carry stress, absorb others negative energy, or hold trauma in our physical body. Yoga can help release those things and that’s the kind of “work-out” we all can benefit from. Yoga also allows us “yoke” to join, or unite with our physical body. Join me at any of the classes!

The classes offered at Sacred Waters Healing Sanctuary are created from the ancient tradition & wisdom of the Rishis (accomplished & enlightened person), Swamis (he/she who knows & is master of himself/herself), and Adepts (a person who is skilled or proficient at something) and curated in a fashion that supports the present day student on their own journey of wellness, health and inner transformation. You are invited to join us this year as you continue your own personal journey, wherever you are...a novice or well accomplished soul.
