Reiki I is about self-healing and connecting with Reiki Energy. A great way to connect with your own heart center is through a cacao ceremony which we will experience during our training. This is a great opportunity to go inward as your continue your own healing journey.

In Reiki I you will learn about the History of Reiki discuss an overview of the chakras, learn hand placements for self Reiki and talk about self practice. We will also discuss how to assess the energy body. Mantra infused chakra cards will be available during the training.
A unique part of the Reiki I training is that you will receive an Attunement: an initiation that opens, strengthens and connects one’s access to the flow of Reiki or earth energy from a Reiki Master.

We will also take time in our training to meditate to help us continue to connect into our own selves on a deeper level.

No experience necessary for Reiki I

Investment prior to May 12 is $200. Payment after May 12 is $225.
