Join me for a morning of exploring the Heart Chakra. This speciality class will start with a Dharma talk where we will spend time talking about the Anahata Chakra. We will explore some movements to open our Heart Chakra, chant the mantra associated with the heart chakra, practice the mudra associated, and paint/or color the heart chakra mandala.
